Ready to speak up
You can invite me to speak at your conference, meeting or take part in your discussion panel. I also like to give lectures for students or just anybody who is interested. Whether it is on creativity, park development, public space, city planning, regeneration, talent and many other issues that come across when you want to discuss the attractive city.
Energy talk
The speech is about the context of the city, about transformation projects and about strategic thinking on any urban level, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Evert shares his knowledge in a lively and inspiring way with his listeners. He doesn’t deliver standard speeches, but always adjusts his talks to the specific situation.

We spoke at the Club of Amsterdam last week. I was not expecting to be a speaker that evening but, according to Felix and the reactions I received, it seems my contribution was appreciated. There was a lot more I could have spoken about since this liminal phase in transformation is my speciality.
In view of my ongoing research, I am now reading about your regeneration of the Westergasfabriek with great interest. I would like to know more and would appreciate visiting your office for a cup of coffee if you have the time.

Op LinkedIn heeft u iemand 4 dagen geleden een racist genoemd, n.a.v. van een berichten wisseling onder een Engelstalig bericht van U over de Westergasfabriek. Deze persoon heeft uw woordkeuze besproken met zijn advocaat. Er is geen aanleiding voor de term “racistisch” dat u gebruikt heeft op 14 juni jl. De advocaat heeft client geadviseerd om u in overweging te geven dit bericht te verwijderen van uw Linkidin pagina en uw excuses te maken. Mocht u daar niet binnen 4 dagen toe overgaan dan adviseert de advocaat aan client om uw gedrag te bespreken met uw toenmalige opdrachtgevers van uw werkzaamheden aan de westergasfabriek. Verdere stappen worden overwogen.
We zullen uw keuzes en handelswijze op zowel linked in als andere social media volgen en laten beoordelen.
